Library offers 5 Wishes program

Have you ever wished upon a star or made a wish before blowing out those birthday candles?  Did you get your wish?  Some may have been granted but more than likely your wish did not come true.  There are 5 wishes you can make and actually determine the outcome of those wishes.  5 Wishes is a document that gives you control of something very important – how you want to be treated medically, emotionally and spiritually if you become seriously ill.  Lutheran Hospice will be offering the 5 Wishes program at the Seago Library in Summerville on:           

April 5^th @ 2pm and again at 6:30pm
