To Log On to a Computer: At your PC, enter your library card number and your PIN number.* Read and accept Library Policy. Click on [OK]. *Don't know your PIN number? Ask for help at the circulation desk.
To Lock Your PC: Lock Computer allows you to save your current computer session if you need to leave for a few minutes (to pick up a printed document, ask the librarian a question, use the restroom, etc.) From your “Personal Session Timer”: Simply click the [Lock PC] button. “This Workstation is Locked” screen will appear. To unlock the PC, enter your library card number and click [Unlock Workstation]. Important: Your time will continue to count down when your PC is locked.
Printing with SAM: Prints cost 20 (twenty) cents per page.  Use Print Preview to see how many pages you are about to print.  SAM Print Manager shows Current Account Balance, Total Number of Pages, Total Number of Free Pages, Price per Page, and Total amount owed. You must have funds in your account to be able to print. Use the Automated Payment Machine ("APM") to add money to your account. * Go to the "APM"  and scan your library card or use the key pad to enter your library card number (located on the back of your card). Make sure your card number appears on the "APM" screen. To place money on your account, insert nickels, dimes, quarters or $1 bills only.   * At the Seago Library, NO change is given, so only add the amount of money you want to use to your account or pay ahead for future use. * To print from the children's computer area, please pay at the front desk.
Your Privacy is Important: SAM ensures your privacy while using the library’s computer.  When you log off the Internet, SAM deletes all “History”.  Your printing information will also be deleted.
